Cybersecurity Awareness for Vendors & Third Parties – Dubai Health

Dubai Health is Dubai’s first integrated academic health system, overseeing hospitals, clinics, medical education, research, and patient care. While Dubai Health manages healthcare delivery, the DHA regulates policies, compliance, and information security standards across the entire health sector in Dubai.

Because vendors and third-party partners play a vital role in IT services, data handling, and healthcare operations, DHA led this awareness initiative to ensure that all external partners comply with cybersecurity regulations and best practices.

This presentation was created to support a Cybersecurity Awareness Event organized under Dubai Health, in alignment with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

The presentation covered:

  • Key Cyber Threats facing vendors (data breaches, phishing, malware, supply chain attacks).
  • Critical Statistics, such as 59% of breaches in 2024 being linked to third-party access.
  • Best Practices for Vendors, including compliance with ISO standards, DESC certification, encryption policies, and NDA requirements.
  • Cloud Security Requirements, ensuring vendors only use DHA-approved platforms and comply with UAE data protection laws.
  • Incident Reporting procedures to the DHA IT Help Desk.

 

My Contribution:
I designed the full PowerPoint mockup for this awareness program, transforming technical policies into clear, engaging, and visually structured slides. This demonstrated my ability to:

  • Communicate complex security policies
  • Build professional and impactful slide decks.
  • Support awareness training with strong presentation design.

Cybersecurity Awareness Event Mockups – Takamol

Takamol Holding is a Saudi-based company that delivers business solutions, HR services, and digital transformation projects. Alongside these initiatives, Takamol promotes cybersecurity awareness, helping organizations and their vendors build resilience against digital threats.

For Takamol’s Cybersecurity Awareness Event, I managed the design and implementation of a cohesive visual experience across all event touchpoints. This included creating backdrops, standees, cubes, gates, side panels, and counters, all aligned with the theme “Enhancing Resilience with Cybersecurity Awareness.” By translating corporate branding into physical event materials, I ensured a professional, immersive, and visually consistent environment. This project demonstrates my ability not only to design impactful mockups using PowerPoint and other tools but also to handle event-specific requirements, coordinating visuals that effectively communicate complex concepts like cybersecurity to attendees.

  • Backdrop – A professional stage design carrying the main campaign slogan to set the tone of the event.
  • Standee – Portable vertical banner with the message “Together We Can Secure What Matters”, placed at entry points.
  • Cubes – Stacked 3D cubes branded with “Cybersecurity Awareness Month” for an engaging visual element.
  • Side Panels – Branded panels reinforcing consistency across the event setup.
  • Gate – Entrance gate welcoming participants with clear event identity: “Cybersecurity Awareness Event.”
  • Counter – Information desk mockups designed with Takamol branding for attendee interaction.
